Where does Designers Collab. deliver?

We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Saturday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes.

What delivery options do I have?

You can choose between Standard Delivery and Express Delivery.

  • Standard Delivery 3-7 business days, via USPS

Orders placed by 1PM EST will be delivered within 3-7 business days of the order processing date (to residential addresses: Tuesday-Saturday, commercial addresses: Monday – Friday). During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

  • Express Delivery 1-2 business days, via USPS or UPS

We also offer a next day delivery (excl. Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays). Orders placed before 2 pm EST Monday - Friday will be delivered the next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST on Friday and orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. During high season and sale, next day delivery might be unavailable.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available. 

Undeliverable parcels

If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to Designers Collab. HQ.

What if my package arrives damaged?

We pack our orders with the utmost care and strive to make sure your order arrives safely. However, damage can occasionally occur to your items while in transit. For this reason, we include additional shipping insurance on all orders over $50 (insurance is automatically included by the carrier for items with a cost of $0-$50) equal to the value of your order.

If your package arrives to you damaged, you must report it by filing a claim with the shipping carrier (ie: USPS or UPS). Once you submit a claim with the shipping carrier, a refund of the purchase amount of your order may be issued at the discretion of the shipping carrier.

NOTE: Once a package leaves Designers Collab. HQ, Designers Collab. is no longer responsible for the package while it is in transit. Designers Collab. does not provide refunds for damaged packages. Designers Collab. cannot contact a shipping carrier on your behalf. The damage claim must be filed by you, the recipient of the package.
